Bad press could make this band stronger?

Or Axl on that matter? I do think that Axl or Gnr camp read most of the articles after articles good or bad, and they know they still have one ace under their hands, wich is the record ofcourse. So they must feel confident about it when they dont reply bad press or coments, I mean they have total silence about the presure of fans , media, and the days keep rolling.......
What do you think

If Axl cares about the press...... the album will never come out, because most jounalists think that Axl is a faker nowadays

Cause they're too old to pull it off and the wait for the album is a futile parody anyway regardless of whether it's any good or not.

How much bands, how much members, how much time, how much lawsuits will it take to release it
The offspring, and a few other bands have tried to call their album CD with one of them succeeding.
Paul
Brain
Bucket
Josh
Dave
Robin???? until nothing official I guess he's still in, but yah never know with this band
Thats like the entire 1999-2000 lineup

I would have to agree 100 percent with you here. The confidence level has to be extremely high mixed with Axl's fuck you attitude and they just sit back and do there own thing. These musicians have dedicated themselves for this music, they have spent year after year making a project has been called "impossible" and made a complete joke of time and time again by people that are not even funny. The music they have has to be something great, something different. Its like Axl said in a room full of great artists and musicians im going to go try and make a whole new sound , I am going to to spare no expense and spare no lives. Whos coming with me.
Also just because so many great musicians have left the project over the years is not a bad thing, The music they made and the ground they broke is still either there or taken to a whole new level, Its like damn they have like what 3 maybe 4 years of Buckethead and Brain laying down music together under the direction of Axl Rose that alone would be an amazing album. I say do as much as you can , break as much ground as possible , find the right identity and songs and that will ultimately = shocking the world.

For everything that was lost something was gained, Maybe why some of the guitar players dropped out is because they did there part and served there purpose and then there really wasnt new coming and the band started looking elsewhere, Robin was sidelined just watching Bumblefoot do is shit, just like he was when buckethead came along, there so many great shit going on and it has to of just been getting better adn better every year.

You are such a massive fanboy.
Wheres the album or the touring that demonstrates this continual cycle of improvement?
They won't ever release it.

Scott will be joining GnR on air guitar. Fuelled primarily by heroin and aids.

Why do we care if there is bad press. As long as GNR keeps selling out arena after arena what does it matter? It means they'll keep making music and keep touring. If they can sell out Euro and US tours without a fucking record I don't care.
Keep in mind they did this all without the help of Viacom's TV stations.
I think they should keep it that way.

Any press is good press......no album, no tour....no offical statement.......yet look at how hyped the internet is about the potential release of CD. When the album is actually released the internet and press will explode!
