Hmmmm, he has already mentioned them before, I don't know
Maybe, if they wanna release them somewhat close together (like Metallica's Load and Reload)

Slow down a bit, you're getting a bit ahead of yourself here! We haven't even got one album yet!

If, and it's a big if, Axl releases more Guns albums, it won't be for AGES. If at all. Just because he (may) have stuff recorded doesn't automatically mean it's going to get released. Maybe the forthcoming album is the best of all the material he has and the rest will just be discarded.

Axl should maybe think about doing something to promote the album coming out in 2 weeks time rather than issuing statements about rumoured albums that may/may not appear in about 2 years time.

I don't think it's a big if, I mean he says to have 2 and a half albums done, if he is satisfied with he sound for CD then there is a good chance he is also satisfied with the rest of the material, the second record could be all ready finished

after all the stuff and the negative press that the years of waiting for chinese democracy has caused  I highly doubt Axl will make the same mistake again , I mean announcing the album to soon , then again it turned this album into a legend so who knows.. I can see them touring this and then keeping quiet until the next one comes out ... shit for all we know that could have been part of the negotiations   .. a garunteed release of the other albums even if this one doesn't have strong returns ..

personnally I think this album is going to be a success ..we all know there is ATLEAST 4 strong singles on the album and that isn't even counting Chi Dem .. (Better, Street, Sorry ... shit then pick one  TWAT,Scraped, Maddy)  this is going to be a strong album  .. I can't seem them wanting to sit on material after this

I think this will be the final GnR album, and that the other two albums mentioned will be released as Axl Rose solo projects.....?

But it's Axl's band.........the other's do what they're told.  Its the same situation with Metallica - James & Lars are the main men there, Kirk & Rob do what they're told.

Hmmmm, I am going to have to disagree there
No doubt that Axl is The General, but, if you have heard any of the new songs, they are clearly a collaborative peice of work from many different musicians, not a Axl Rose solo record

It might as well be an Axl Rose solo project at this stage......its Guns N'Roses in name only for me now.

I agree, the meaning of Guns N Roses disappeared long ago, mainly when a guitarist wearing a Bucket, a guitarist gothed up in a white suit, and a high pitched Axl 'Helium' Rose turned up.

This music is okay, just a shame that there is so much industrial feeling to it. If only Bumblefoot was there from the start, the classic rock sound would still be there.

I actually think this album will flop majorly,as of this moment. Promotion has been poor, there is as of yet no music video.

But I'll keep waiting to see of they have some sort of plan. Maybe a press release on the day of release, and a single/video on that day too, so that rather than just have the inital rush of album sales, they will look to build sales week by week.

yeah but that "industrial" feel you're talking about was happening no matter what, even Duff wanted to do a "nine inch nails type record"

There has been no promotion of this album to speak of. The only "promotion" its getting is by people like us speaking about it on sites like this...maybe that was Axl's plan in the first place.  I don't think it will be a major flop however, I think that it will be a moderate success just because it's got the GnR name on it.   IMO, if Axl wants this album to be a big success, he should be doing everything he can to get it in the public eye.....? Instead, there's only been one statement from the management.....?

We'll see.....?
