Bought by my brother outside the Roxy in early 1987. Has been kept in a chest ever since and checked on every now and then. It's one of my biggest personal attachments, but, with a child on the way, starting a college tuition fund just seems like the right thing to do. People consistently talk about this EP as being one of the "holy grails" of music collecting. This is going to be extremely beneficial to whoever buys this from me becuase, just like comic books, action figures and G.I. Joe's, grading is a service that is thriving, and more and more music grading services are popping up everyday, working their way towards legitimacy.
I don't have a definite price set, however, I am posting this here (where people actually care about GNR) instead of eBay. If you're interested, please don't come at me with something weak. No offense, but, you guys know, this EP is the foundation of it all (not considering early HR demos) and it's going to be hard for me to let it go, but I feel it's time. And keep in mind, this record is flawless...
