WHEN CAN WE HEAR ’CHINESE DEMOCRACY’?

In 1994, Axl Rose and Guns N’ Roses entered an L.A. Studio to begin recording their new album, Chinese Democracy. Twelve years later, there’s still no new album - and the reasons why are cloudier than Lake Erie. What’s certain is that in that time, Rose has parted ways with the old band members, worked with dozens of producers and musicians, and, according to reports, spent more than $13 million on studio time, recording gear, instrument rentals, and support staff - while releasing just one original recording back in 1999. The cornrowed singer gave GNR fans little hope in mid-January when he promised that "people will hear music this year", but the band’s label, Geffen, doesn’t have the album on its release schedule. Says Rose’s manager Merck Mercuriadis, "He’s almost finished and he’s confident that it will come out this year," though he wouldn’t confirm a date. Or a month. Or a friggin’ season.

finally? man, we've been having good news after good news, new axl pics, axl talks in rolling stone, more axl pics, the 2 slash things, that playing cd at a club thing, and now this. By far more news then last year already

I just got an email from somebody reporting a jelous bitch questioning my news & making an issue.  :\

She is telling people that I do not have an advanced copy & that it is already on the "wire" (web).

First off ...  no reason to be such a fucking bitch just because you are jelous I posted news. Why other would you go around saying i'm lying? grow the fuck up & get some credit under your name with real work.

FACT: I have no idea it is on the web >> I looked for it & I don't see it on there site.

FACT: I typed out the article from an "ADVANCED COPY" From my friend who works at a HUGE radio station & satellite company! I was sent a HARD ADVANCED COPY !!  LAST WEEK!! I typed out the article and presented it TODAY. I"m not even sure if the new hard copy is even on sale yet.
