What If: GNR/VELVET REVOLVER TOUR?

Velvet revolver open, gnr headlines doing all new material, for an encore the original line up steps out and does some old tunes.  Could it work?  Would it be good for both bands involved?

The only motiv for this.... I see in MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! It would definetely work... lots of people would come to see that kind of show....

but somehow.. I don't think Axl is about money.... and also... I don't think duff...matt....slash.... would like to open the show for AXL

But they would also be headlining it in a way....in effect there would be three bands playing that night.  They would get to play a set of old stuff, the fans are happy and can't bitch about it not really being gnr thus being more accepting to the new stuff..i don't think the new band members would care since they all seem to be ,in effect, studio hired hands and velvet revolver gets to play some huge shows.  I mean this would be a huge venue tour (maybe stadium) and be the hottest ticket in any city it sees.

and could every one stop bashing scott?

I dont really like VR either but im aginst people bashing someone just because they do something differently to what they expect.

and what if he was? Axl was huge fans of 2 gay men, Freddy and Elton John. and they are both amazing musitions, who cares what peoples preferences are aslong as their doing what they enjoy.
