Offical IRS Single? [CONFIRMED TO US FALSE]

Well, Ladies and gentleman, I just called my favorite radio station 105.1 in west virginia. They have the "OFFICIAL" I.R.S. single, and are planning to debut it tomorrow at around 5:00 in the evening.

Can you ask them did they play the leaks? Because I'm thinking that stations that didn't play the leaks got the offical single. The Alaska station did not play the leaks.

Now hang on here.... Wasn't a statement from Merck, made to radio stations saying, if they didn't play the leaked tracks, a WEEK before the official release they would send them the song/songs???

Seems unlikely, a week being a short time to promote, then again? I think it's been pretty well promoted!

if this is true, it'd make sense that the 'smaller' places are getting the single first, cause they never got the leak in the first place.

this is from FEBRUARY 22nd!!!

I don't normally listen to the radio, but I got in my car during lunch break today and WTTJ was getting over. After the song the DJ from Z92 which is one of Omaha's major rock stations starting talking about the news of the band playing in Europe and blah....blah. She went on to talk about IRS which she played yesterday. She said that she got calls from listeners who were pissed and hated that song. She said that she would leave it to the next DJ to play it cause now she's scared to play it. So I gave her a call and had a conversation. She said that people were literally pissed. I asked her if she has played any of the other leaks. She said that the station does not play leaks. This was sent to her by the actual record company. So.........IRS first single?????????????

my guess would be a single, but i don't know, the way she said that makes me think the album, but that'd be suicide to release a single only to Alaska and West Virginia.  they need them at Chicago, NYC, LA and the other big cities.
