so yeah, you can generally but tickets from abroad, but it's not on sale yet. Here's what they say to us foreigners:

Ordering tickets to the Hartwall Areena from abroad

All tickets are sold by Lippupalvelu â€" Ticket Service Finland

Tickets can be booked either by phone +358 600 10 800 or +358 10
020 (mon-fri 08-20, sat 09-14) or at the website www.lippupalvelu.fi.

Tickets can also be bought directly from all the Ticket Service Finland Outlets

By phone +358 600 10 800 or +358 600 10 020 Tickets are delivered either by mail or by e-mail (Print At Home Tickets) after the payment is received. Tickets can be paid by credit-card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by bank giro.Service fee 15€/booking

and sunday at midnight more tickets will come for the first show, finally then iÂm not working that i can try to fix them from the net, both times now i was calling there but that is useless, the lines are full...
