Yeah, I ordered the black one, and it got to me in less than a week. So it is reliable.

Quote from: "Mires"
Just curious but does anybody know why/if Axl likes Charles Manson? I know he was a musician before he became the scariest person on earth. I know Axl coverd one of his songs which was actually really good.

he got the idea from Brian Warner.  aka Marilyn manson

around 1992, axl and a then-unknown manson met backstage at an event.  (marilyn) and axl began talking about the upcoming MM album, which was being distributed by Nine inch nails frontman, trent reznor's new label, Nothing records.

axl and marilyn talked, and soon after, both covered charles manson songs on their upcoming albums, (marilyn manson's "portrait of an american family [1994]," included the song "my monkey," which contained lyrics from charles manson's writings, and samples from the media of what transpired at the sharon tate murder scene..    and gnr's 'the spaghetti incident!?' [1993], containing "look at your game girl," as a hidden track)

i wondered the same thing for years and years.  you can read the MM book, "The Long Hard Road Out Of Hell," and Marilyn mentions this story, briefly, in one of the middle chapters of the book.

and suddenly, axl was all about charlie.
"DTJ get the money MF, cuz i got no more patience."
