Zack Wylde. He has the most Slash like sound I can think of. He's just as technically proficient, slightly bluesy aswell, but maybe a bit too heavy for G N' R.

Well Zakk Wylde was going to be part of GNR but miscommunication between himself and Axl's management at the time led to him never actually joining GN'R which is a shame. I would've really liked to see him in GN'R colours as he definitely has the talent and musical ability.

Yeah exactly. And if you listen to early nineties Ozzy albums like No More Tears and Ozzmosis, they do sound a bit like G N'R only not quite as good obviously.

your right ... they sound better  :D  :D ..  just kidding
everyone has their opinnions...

I still think that IF (not gonna happen) zakk would join gnr it would propably be the greatest band of all times
Dimebag isnt dead... he just smells funny

Axl and Brian May have a lot of respect for each other, so im sure musically it would make a good combo, although maybe he's not "theatrical" enough for GNR.

Dude, I agree with u, they would make a good combo but suprised u said he might not be theatrical enough for Axl. He did work with that bloke in Queen, u know that mastachioed singer, I forget his name. Damn what was it :D

lol, that bloke with the tash  :D  ..yeh he did, i dunno you could be right, i think it would make a fantastic combo musically, they both also have the ability to write incredible songs. hes probably the best person for the job, both on a talent level and a personal level with Axl.

Shawn Masters would have been a good choice but he's too young a dude to be hanging with such an established group like Guns.  Watch out for him and his band called Breakaway.
