Don't get me wrong I wasn't trying to dis-credit or dis-respect Axl Rose as he is part of my favorite band of all time.

I was just saying Axl has worn some strange outfits in the past including Ass-less champs lol

And I must say out of all Axl's outfits I disliked the little shorts the most. I thought the kilt kicked ass...

have to agree. new bassist is much better. drummer is quiet but very good. dan hawkins is fantastic on songs lyk love is only a feeling, growing on me, one way ticket 2 hell

I love The Darkness!!!!! I saw them live a month or so ago and they totally rocked!!!

They are very commited musicians and performers with a lot of character and charisma- you dont see a lot of that these days! they even did part of Sweet Child O' Mine in their show which rocked- and a lot of people liked it, even more then they liked Back In Black. So im all for them!

I saw them In February, they were bloody awesome! will be a great opener for GNR im sure, thing that impressed me most was the quality of the drum sound..(sad i know!) but it sounded excellent, plus the songs are so catchy and well crafted, "love is only a feeling" is one of the best rock ballads for a very long time and "bald" is excellent live..so heavy

That song that they released in time for xmas number 1 a few years ago was really good ('dont let the bells end'). You can tell that they meant the video to be serious so they could finally show that they were 100% comitted to being taken as a decent rock band. They have never treated any of their recent work like 'one way ticket to hell' as a joke.

I may have been a little sarcastic in previous posts but not this one.

The Darkness are class! I nearly went to a show in Feb but tickets were sold out. Gay! no. Tongue in cheek, fun, rifftastic? hell yes!!
