I'm not going to say how but there is an 80% chance that The Icon will be running into Axl today. I made a very cool friend last night who seemed to know a lot of about the dude. I seriously can't go into detail yet because I don't want to fuck up Axl's nYc experience but yes he is still here and from what everyone says that has met him, the dude is really cool. The only problem is that the people who have met him are not really fans but just know him as a celebrity. I hope to see him, take a pic with the dude and maybe, if he's willing, ask a question about the CD. Maybe just a simple "this year Axl?" or something like that.

Everyone loves him here though. I have a new pic of him as well, a pretty good shot which I'll upload tomorrow when I go to work. I was thinking of even dropping him a chinesedemocracy.com shout out and let him know how much we all support what he's trying to do. We'll see how much time he has though. If I do get some word though I will let you guys know and you guys can count it as official on my life.

To the MODS. Would it be alright for me to tell him I want to ask him some questions on this sites behalf? I wont ask him anything ridiculous of course but just some simple shit. I'm not saying that this is for sure but maybe if the guy is feeling nice he might just pull a Korn and answer a few.

I wouldn't hold my breath... but if you do, and prove it, you'd be one hella cool fucker in my books. Only way alot of us could meet him is to travel to the US and camp outside his house, or score tickets to a show backstage etc.

P.S. Yes as misterb said, tell him to play Estranged once or twice, that song is so fuckin awesome, i'd like to see his take on it after all these years...

lol... I know axl rose too! We hang out at chuckie cheese and drink milkshakes together. We usually hold hands and run thru the park singing welcome to the jungle to the children.
