plus he has another band he is in too so altough guns n roses is more important to him it gives him tiem to relax and prepare for his other band

I dont see why they need pittman in the first place...so come up with songs like Silkworms, and thats probably pittman replacing Brian in Better, you know, the drum machine.

you're either ignorant, or tasteless in music.

go listen some Deep Purple, dream theater, Opeth, and of course Guns and Roses.

i'll add a couple:
Queen, Styx (even though i hate them), Elton John and later Beatles.  and DT fuckin rules.

and Dizzy said in an interview he loves Chris.

i admit that you pointed out some few good bands but most of the time keyboards lost  the incisive part of the riff. No one can deny that the first 1980' period of queen is less good, partially due to the keyboards remplacing the 'no synth' mention of their debut. I don't like when the guns are using keyboards but i like when real violins are used for exemple. Dizzy still sucks. The synth period of deep purple is not as good as their raw rock debuts and opeth ...  :puke: well i can't hear it but it is personal tastes anyway.

As far as i know there is not one single real violin used on any guns record. i may very well be wrong tho.

all right, i've just look everywhere and i must confess that there is no mention of real chords in the UYI I (i was thinking of the november rain's break). But to me it sounds like an exception and i'm still sceptical (maybe sampling but i doubt)... ok i'm wrong !!
but i still don't like the keyboard most of the time.
