Yes, there is text over them... and it is for a reason. Two specific webmasters(Jarmo and Madison from HTGTH and MyGNR respectively have banned me in the past, mostly for expressing opinions that didn't require swinging from axl and "management's sack like a chandelier)... Anyway, if any other webmaster besides those two want to use the images, email me at bdinan@gmail.com and I will give you Clean versions with no text. The images will be better.

If Jarmo and Madison want to use them, email me, and unban me from your forums... and then we'll talk. Until then, if you have given me shit in the past, you are not welcome to use my property.

It was just surprising to me... I am taking job training right around there. The closeup is on some scaffolding/construction site right across from the place I had to go... Monday it was blank, tuesday, GNR posters everywhere... Hey, I'll take it... I tried ripping one down, but they glue those suckers on good.  :crybaby:

Is it just me or is there more of a hint of an 'old school' look about these posters style wise? They remind me of some of the flyers/posters for the early gigs the 'old' band played e.g at the Whiskey, the Troubadour, Roxy etc

the bad thing about axl's reclusiveness is people dont know if its legit or not. they see 'guns n roses' and think back to the afd/uyi days and wonder what ever happened to the band and what is playing but unless there is some serious press stirring or publicity the average slave to the 9-5 workday will not pay money to see a bygone band of the 80s (as many people see gnr)
