something big in new york?

what's going on. when was the last time GNR played same town 4 nights in a row.
when was the last time GNR played 4 shows in a row for that matter?!

I have a strange feeling about this. it's not an ordinary tour.
IMO we are close to what we've been waiting for.

remember what Dizzys wife said about the leaks. "Its like opening the presents the night before XMAS!" I think XMAS has finally arrived.
Finck... you fag!  :( why did you have to go...?

The New York show won't just be a warm-up.

The warm-up would be somwhere in europe.

I think that short tour in America was added because the band felt that they were ready to go full swing.

It'll be interesting, no doubt.

Four shows in the same venue is just odd for your run of the mill tour. Something big is brewing.

Barring people selling on their pre-sale tickets 75% of the crowd at these shows will be made up of GN'R's most hardcore fans - forum members like us.

Now that's special.  Imagine the atmosphere.

Wouldn't it be crazy if the first couple of licks to IRS or Better are played and that 75% of the venue just erupts in cheers and screams? I could see Axl getting pissed. He coupld stop to look at everyone and say, "Well you obviously have heard this one before even though you were NOT supposed to, so I guess we will just skip it and play something else."  Man that would suck!

Also what are the odds to Axl showing up to all 4 shows? This is new territory for him isn't it? He midas well just take up a residency and play 3 shows a week...
