Good Acoustic/ Ballad songs (bands)

I'm looking for bands with good ballads or acoustic songs.

These are a few bands that I think do a good job at this:
black label society
alice in chains
dream theater
Godsmack
(Green Carnation)
lynyrd skynyrd
Metallica
of  course Guns n' Roses

Or songs like:
Fall to Pieces (Velvet Revolver)
You Got No Right (Velvet Revolver)
etc. I could go on for 2 more hours but I think you catch my drift.

Something in this direction. But no ballads like the terrible Not Enough from van Halen.

I'm pretty familiar with all the bands I mentoined in my 1st post. I think anyone who likes good ballads/acoustic songs should definantly listen to Black Label Society and Pride & Glory. Awesome stuff.

I gotta say, I'm not really into the "Aerosmith - I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" kind of songs.
