If it was JUST an annoucement for a fall release I would be skeptical too, but all this other stuff makes me think that it will actually happen.

there was always "noise" in the background, but I dont think any of these things is relavant.
axl him self said that he still hasnt finished album 1 and 2, and that 3rd is half way there. same thing was said in january, and for the past 5 months, axl has been in new york, and from what we know, didnt spend much time working, but screwing around.

now we have a tour, that will last till july(maybe august). lets's say that after that they'll have a month break. that means that the album wont be any more finished in september than it is now. and I'm kinda annoyed by the fact.
also , does anyone here actually believe that Axl could finish anything in less than 3 months (except a tour). I doubt it.

Seriously though Lucky I don't blame ya for letting off some steam. I'm sick of all the secrets and bullshit. Axl has said and done all this stuff before. It's hard to be a fan of GNR. All we want is a tour and an album from GNR and they turn it into a big fuckin delemma. We are all gonna love the album because Axl made it. To the GNR management- Give us what we want fuckheads, we're sick of waiting.
