Axl's Voice - Something to worry about?

I'm getting very worried...Axl's voice is NOT what it used to be. On every live version of "Better" (so far) he sounds quite horrible...thoughts?

dotn judge on low quality recordings, i dont think theres anything good out yet

I agree with all of your points, but he is out of breath, he seems to be having trouble hitting high notes, and the recordings of which I have gotten this impression from is not necessarily low-quality.

But I suppose time WILL tell in the end...

Not to be an asshole, but I dont know what recordings you must have because the ones I have sound about 10 times better than his best vocals on the 2002 tour. Really. I didn't want to admit it but I was worried in 02 also. But all of the Hammerstein shows completely laid that to rest for me. Apparently he has really been working his voice in the last couple of years to get it up to par with the old days.

I was at two of the shows and never once did Axl appear to me to be out of breath
