Duff and Axl at Download Festival

Now that Duff is with Alice In Chains, and they'll be touring at the Download Festival with GNR, is there a chance that Duff could do a quick cameo appearance? It's so convenient. If Duff isn't on stage with GNR at one point or another, no matter for how long, then there is obviously still some bad blood.
The way I see it Duff should have no excuse not to pay Axl a visit, they'll probably see one another backstage. Axl has already spoken wtih Matt Sorum in person, and the whole encounter was amicable. I think something will go down.

They're playing different days.  AIC will be in Dublin when GNR are playing on the Sunday and GNR are playing on the Friday(Tomorrow!!) in Dublin and AIC will be playing the Saturday in Donnington and I can't see them going from Dublin to Donnington and back to Dublin again.  so unfortunately it's not likely.

He's only doing some shows, so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't play at this.  They (Alice and Chains) played at the club I work at here in NYC a couple of weeks ago, and Duff didn't play.

As far as I know, Duff will join remaining members of Alice In Chains during European dates.

I'm not 100% sure of this though.

Duff will make an appearance with Axl on either or both of those two appearances. The only question that remains to be answered is for how many songs. Some people have said that he will play WTTJ and then depart.
