Whats Your Fucking Point Really?????
You must be old considering you think that at 24 your still a kid and the fact you want to rant about the good'ol days.

Yes they were good, but look around you buddy, it's 2006, a couple months back we didnt even know if axl was alive, now he's appearing on F1 Race Coverage.

Yes we, it is good if people like and Appreciate Old music ( Your Example Betthoven, and also one of my favourite bands The Beatles), But what would be better if people liked the music scene that is happening now, not ten years ago. Yes I Know, there are only a handful of decent bands stickin out of this Indie and Emo Takeover Era, but would people in 1985  choose to listen to Jimi Hendrix all night, or go out and see Metallica at their Greatest? (Not like they would it would be their pinnacle but still).

I Suggest you to things mate
1. Become a Follower of GNR And Accept both era's of Guns N Roses
2. Crawl back into your shell and listen to Old music
.

You're right. let's have one then.

what do you wish to talk about?

OK, when ChiDem is released...do you think you'll feel fulfilled, or do you think you'll ultimately be let down by the fact that regardless of how great the album is, it took over a decade to get it?

Hmmm....?

The old band - let it rest. They rocked, and still rock as many people still listen to the classic hits.

The new band - it's a mix of styles of music. It is going down roads and experimenting. It's bringing something that not many bands have done.

If you can't accept the new band, that has been around for nearly 10 years then listen to the old band and enjoy it. You don't have to come here and slate a band that has been working hard on songs and creating some classic rock n' roll music.

Please don't start a Slash v Robin debate either. They are different people, they play different styles. Robin has come from an industrial background and is now starting to blend in really well with the band. He fucks up the odd solo but the solos he writes for the new songs he plays them beautifully, and that's all that matters.

No one is making you accept the new band. If you don't like it, tough shit. Axl is following his desire and will to create music that means a lot to him. It ain't old school GN'R, but it's damn good music.

Remember, it is 2006, not 1986. Music has changed a lot. Accept it, or go somewhere else.

Roll roll roll yer joint, twist it doon the end, take a puff that's enough pass it tae a friend.
