izzy and gnr

one thing that really annoys me is these people that go to see guns and roses then come back and slate them saying "its not Gn'R" etc etc.I think if izzy can get back up on stage with them and play songs along with them he obviously can accept axls decision to keep the GnR name and can see the point in him wanting to carry on.If izzy can give his seal of approval being an ex member of the band where songs like paradise city and YCBM would mean alot to him then surely we as fans have to accept that aswell.People that come to this forum to slander the band should just fuck off and express their opinion elsewhere!  :finger:  :finger:  :finger:  :finger:  :finger:

^agreed-i just wanna add a bit by saying also that izzy was a founding member of GnR.Im just happy to see him supporting axl and the band like this.

And what's so important about Izyy's acceptance? You don't have to like the band just because their ex-member tells you so. I definetely do, and can't wait to today's concert in Poland. But i'm not going there cause Izzy thinks it's ok, but because I think the new lineup does it's job well. I won't curse anyone who say it's not GN'R - they have a point, whether you agree with it or not. And as far as I know, forums are for discussion, and you shouldn't tell people who have different opinion than you to fuck off.

He is not in any bands at mo the. The last bad he was he was called "the project" with slash, duff and matt. It later became VR. I dont think he liked Scott, Izzy didnt want another wild lead singer taking control of a band he is in again

as soon as Chinese Democracy comes out I'll be able to put it in my stereo, along with a few izzy solo discs, and slash's snakepit, and a VR cd, and hit RANDOM play.  I'll imagine that will be the reformation of the greatest rock band ever.  I can't wait for Axl to come through.  Personally, I like Izzy's solo stuff more than velvet revolver, so we'll have to see if CD trumps that.

see i knew izzy had brains.

I love seeing Axl perform, he is a Musical GOD! and IMO he can name his band whatever the hell he wants just as long as he is giving us music. and can i just say the "This ain't Gn'R" and "It ain't Gn'R without Slash" are getting REALLY boring now, we know it isn't Gn'R to you but it is to some people so quit boring us with the same comments. thank you.
