just finished it's okay, but the bit rate is only 56kps, so not too good, maybe it could be cleaned up?

It works fine. You have to click "Datei jetzt herunterladen". After a few seconds the download-window opens.

Erm....heres a dum question....when I download it, I get Hammersmith Disc 1.rar

whats a "rar" file? what do I use to play it?

You need Winrar to extract the files.

www.winrar.com

it's like the windows zip file, just extract the files to a new folder and play! :)
