i dont know, it seems nobody is doing their job, you could say that the new shows are amazing, but the bottom line is, axl didnt do shit for 13 years, he still arrives two hours late for shows, he still does stupid shit like biting a security guard, and chinese democracy still isnt released. And thats what the mainstream public are always going to remember about Axl Rose, not that Better or Madagascar are good songs, theyll get bored of those in a month if anything

i didn't read your post above and i assumed it was true. i also heard about Rhiad 'cause Axl said that they will play a song inspired by  a court date with Erin and the played Rhiad. from what i heard maddy has nothing to do with oklahoma but this story seemed true, especially cause we don't know exactly what's the story behind oklahoma so it would be nice if it were true. but ok, mybe it's not true but you don't know the whole background either so you can't be sure... :eek:

we dont know when Madagascar was written. earlest mentioning of it is in '97 when axl played the song on a piano at some party at his home.

No one really knows what Oklahoma is, but in 2000 there was a song called Oklahoma (RS interveiw). Now at this time, im pretty sure the title madagascar may have been mentioned, so its almost safe to say Madagascar is NOT Oklahoma. Also, i cant rememebr the story exactly, but Rhiad is not Oklahoma because ummmm someone talked to a guy who said they would play Oklahoma but they played Rhiad, thus why Rhiad is occasionally reffered to as (previously called Oklahoma).
