I know its a double post but, its how it started after all

Hey im writing on behalf of myself, kennyabis, and gnrforever


Were currently in glasgow.

Sheffield

Stage Time : 21:50
From the begining of the night, there was quite clearly a problem.
Mostly with Ron.
Were sure that nothing has happened between Ron and Rich.
Ron was onstage at the begining of WTTJ, he left, then came back on after the song had finished.

He was clearly unhappy the whole night, by watching his demeanor onstage.

The only new song that was played was The Blues.

The crowd were not very active.
Axl mentioned he couldnt hear himself, but he still sounded outstanding, it wasnt even noticed by the crowd.

After the show, we spoke to Ron for a while, he indicated that the problem was nothing to do with the band, it seemed to be a personal matter.
He seemed a lot happier when talking to us.

Newcastle

We arrived at the venue around 3pm. Approx 4pm the band showed up.
Dizzy, Tommy, Richard, Robin, Chris, Frank and Ron all got off and were hurried into the venue, Ron did acknowledge us.

We were the only 'fans' that listened to the sound check

The played, The Blues, Maddy, Rocket Queen, It's So Easy, and the KISS song Strutter.
Madagascar was played about 4 times in its entirity.

Stage Time: (Approx) 22:40

From the beginning of the show the band were much more happier and had a really tight performance going, they were interacting a lot.
There appeared to be no problem with any of the members.
Axls performance was a lot more lively, he spoke to the crowd more than he had done the previous night.
During Patience, he picked up a water sprayer and sprayed water at the audience while laughing.  Ron also seemed to be in a better mood aswel.

Again the only new song they played was The Blues.
Although when Bach joined the band on stage for My Michele, he said

"You have to play IRS tonight"

The Axl Said "Someones going to have to improvise"

During Nightrain, about half way through, someone threw something at Axl, it hit him in the face, he picked it up of the ground. He looked extremely pissed off.
He told the band to cut the music and to stop playing.
He said that he was leaving, then dropped the mic and walked off.

I can safely say that the crowd was speachless.

About 30 seconds later, the band, including Axl, reappear onstage.

Axl said

"I thought we were having a good time tonight"

The crowd cheered.
Then he said

"Well some cunts seem to think otherwise"

The crowd then booed.

He then said that he was going to give it another shot.

They then replayed Nightrain from the begining. Axls voice sounded really raw and intence.

When the finished the song, Axl said good night, after a few seconds he said "That's it, that's the end of the show"
He walked off.
The rest of the band followed.

They didn't come back on, the didn't take their bow. The was no Paradise City, or Rocket Queen or Madagascar.
There was no confetti.

The arena lights just came on.

The crowed seemed to be stunned at first, but didn't seem bothered.
They left happy.

We met Frank after the show.
And Ron came and hung out for a while, but there was quite a few people around.

Ron asked me, if the show was better than the night before.
I assured him that it had been much better, he seemed pleased.

At around 3:30, we were still waiting for Ron, the rest of th band had left, or so we believed.

Axl emerges from the backstage door with Beta, wearing an orange t-shirt and bright red shorts, he got in his cab and drove off past us.

Shortly after we said bye to Ron.

sorry if this has been asked before but iv noticed you seem to be touring with the band, at 1st i thought u were just an intense fan that just wantd to see as much as guns as poss while they're back

is someone employing you to do this or something, how do you get backstage with these guys ?

They are not touring WITH the band but are going to every show, paid for out of there own pockets. Instead of waiting at the front of the venue they are hanging around / waiting at the backstage doors untill someone comes along.

I was at Glasgow, myself and 2NaFish met up with Kennyabis, Karin and GNRForever at the gig. Much fun was had, including the taking of photos and videos. More to come.

and i asked the obvious question we all wondered: "how?" and here's what she said:

"they see us waiting before/after shows. beta his assistant waves to us. last nite there was like 18 of us. axl get in his car, we clap, he gets out, walks straight towards me. geo his bodyguard tells us to stay back & axl will come to us. i shook his hand twice. beta was with him, we talked with him about all the shows we were going to, he was smiling loads, he talked to us more than anyone. beta hugged me. she said she's going to get us backstage! x"

there's hardly anyone who deserves this more than them! i guess we'll get it more in detail in this thread!
