IRS doesn't suck. It may not be as advanced as some of the other songs, but it sounds nice.

I can't really make a comment on the song because all ive heard are live versions and i'd rather wait until the album comes out and i have a studio version to listen to.

But at apush i think Better is better...[no pun intended]

you can't properly judge IRS by the live version, this song is killer, it will make a good single, maybe not the first one, maybe third, its 100 times better than dirty little thing (no idea why i'm comparing the two though)
