I have a longer clip of something called my fellow americans somewhere. Dont remember if it is somewhat or very similar to what you just posted. Had it quite a while though. From what i can remember of it i'd say either fake or early (experimental) demo of a song. I'll check it out tomorrow (if i remember).

Would you describe the song as "sinister" or "chilling" to listen to in its general sound?

I also *think* I can hear "cheering" effects toward the end of it.

Yes, several times.  It's very creepy.

I'm just listening to it now.  The keyboard sounds are admittedly quite Chris Pitman-y.

I kind of pictured bones in the background and modern Citizen Cane-like imagery with the vocals and the slight cheering; but it certainly sounds like "Axl buried under the effects", LOL.

I got this from a Dutch site BTW.  1:56 and it seems shortened.
