its a bit harsh, but thats axl........he is very , very demanding...wouldnt wanna work for him......but if he needs to ask twice or more often, id understand.....i guess, they are just scared of him, period, that makes them act slow or not at all.........i always admired him for taking no shit, but i guess sometimes he flips for small things, that should be handled a lil easier...but then , nobody`s perfect...not even AXL.......to his favour, he was always like that and worse..so you cannot blame that on him beeing a rich guy acting all king-like.........he has that mean streak , part of his attraction....nice guys finish last, believe me, i know.......

I was at donnington, n i can say if i was Axl, trying to perform infront of the SHITLOADS of people stood about booing, throwing bottles, chanting "we want slash" jus to piss him off, Id be under enough pressure to give a good performance. If the sound guy was fuckin around n not doing his job for me, id be getting just a little irritated like Axl was. tho it was nothing compared to Tommy when that bottle hit him. Wen he gave that rant to the croud after he threw his guitar down most people wer just laughing at him - hes not axl and doesnt command the same ranting respect. He sorta went down in my opinion after that, seemed a bit squeely. like later on richard was stood right at the front playing his solo and somebody lobbed a bottle at him n he dodged out its way (while still playing) and grinned, and the crowd cheered. no little girl tantrum or chucking his guitar at the nearest cameraman. anyways ill shut up cos this is turning into a review of donnington.....

Hey, if somone threw a bottle at me while i was trying to play my guitar in front of a huge crowd id be pissed too. Its not a matter of respect, its a matter of consideration; you dont throw shit on stage when people are trying to play.

Seriously, the tickets for these shows cost a lot. Why would you want to spend money to go there, throw something at someone, piss off the performer and the crowd because you interrupt the song, and (hopefully) get your ass kicked and expelled from the arena? If they wanted slash they should just watch the reruns on DVD - much cheaper and we dont have to see their stupid worthless asses ruin a good show for others.
