New album advert at Hot Topic???

Ok, my (reliable) friend just got back from Hot Topic and he is claiming that there is a store display advertising a new GNR album.  For those who don't know, Hot Topic is a store that sells a lot of music and band related merchandise, mainly targeting the emo crowd.  
Anyway, I havent had a chance to check it out myself because the store is now closed for the day, but if anybody else has a Hot Topic nearby, GO CHECK IT OUT.  I am going to the store tomorrow and I will post my findings. I live in Massachusetts, USA btw.

i just went today n i cheked there is nothing.. there is a new old gnr shirt but thats it... there is this gnr carpet i wanted to get tho...

i checked the cd rack for like 20 mins and found what i think ur talking about. its just a blank cd that says

Guns N' Roses

Chinese Democracy

Release Date TBD

thats exactly what i say!!!! People have either forgotten about GNR or never knew they existed or still do. Nor do they care. But once Better is released as the first single. :unibrow:

anywho, my educated guess is December, but im sceptical.

I just went to work to get my paycheck. As I arrived home I began to pray for a release date. As I finished praying a glowing light overcame my living room. An Angel from Heaven dedcended and he spoke to me. He said: HAAAAAAA,HA,HA!!!!HA!HA! And he started ponting his finger at me ridiculing me for even suggesting that a release date be revealed soon. He said there will be signs. First many false prophets will come in his name...and uh...oh...sorry. I was trippin. Nevermind. :lol:  :lol:  :lol:  :paranoid:

thats funny, i live in Lexington ky, and we have a hot topic store in one of the malls we have, and i was just there yeserday at hot topic, and only thing i seen GNR was a few shirts, i didnt see nothing about the album  or anything or about when its coming out.  not a store display about "Chinese Democracy". besides there nothing on hot topic's website about the cd.
