I feel like someone just ran me through a freaking food processor. The huge hard core industrial ones that will turn your bones into dust in 5 seconds.

Planned on doing a 8 or so mile easy paced recovery run... got lost in the city (on semi purpose but overdid it) and ended up running over a half marathon...mostly UP HILL... my body...i didn't even eat since lunch (its 11.30 pm) because I was gonna cook after I got back....now I am shattered so I'm having a hard time even getting up to shower.... cooking will have to wait. Fucking hell that was rough. Oh...also lost my t shirt running....and it was 91 degrees most of my run.

since the last time i  came to  these boards i impulsively sold my laptop for some unknown reason  then  got diagnosed with bipolor (mental right?) and then  got a new lappy for 50 quid then  got pissed of cos it cant handle diablo 3 haha but today  im  in  a good mood waiting for the doc to  call  me about a blood test i  had to  get done before  can  start new meds
