1) I would like to see a special "We interrupt this program to bring you Chinese Democracy!" across all major network channels simultaneously.  

2) Or, maybe better would be "This is an emergency broadcast from the Emergency Broadcast System, here to bring you Chinese "Mother-Fuckin' Democracy!"

3) Hmm, maybe it would be best if the President of China announced it along with their declaration of democracy.  

4) No, I think I'd like North Korea to announce when the test out their new nuclear bomb....because when Chinese Democracy drops there's gonna be all kinds of fallout for years to come.

I heard that when North Korea test launch their nukes in a few days they'll drop it on china and the mushroom cloud will spell out 'Chinese Democracy 11/XX/06'. Then the mtv headlines will have stuff like 'This album is da bomb yo' and 'Bombs away Chinese Democracy is in da his house...yo'.true

Id like to see the championship tie breaker/final game of the world series
have a huge break in the 7th inning where we get a huge emergency
fake styled news announcement where its like fake foreign news from around the world where like news broadcasters from like 12 different countries in 12 different languages announce that an emergency has just
unfolded in China and say"We interrupt this special telecast to bring you news on an emergency situation,  Government official, so so so.......

A Launch of Chinese Democracy is about to erupt.  Youd see intercuts with CNN,the BBC etc. and then the song goes wild with Axl going nuts singing. Maybe this could a cool idea for the band to use in an actual launch video.
