20 million copies. I not only think it'll be great, and us GNR fans will love it, but I think people who wouldnt usually listen to GNR will love it to. (BTW 20 mil worldwide)

Lets be reasonable people, a realistic number would be around 3 million, and this after a year or two. Of course everyone wish it sells 10 million, but thats not the wai it its, the musical market has changed... unfortunately.... :(

CD willl definately kick Contraband but since half the people that 'want' CD will download, it isnt surprising that CD is unlikely to outsell AFD

Whoever started the CD will outsell AFD or could, for that matter has no sense of decensy.. AFD is like the epitome of 80's metal, it's the pinnacle of mainstream music, it sells in decent numbers to this day, CD will be big, enormous even, but to say it could outsell AFD is ludicrous.. what with iTunes and the like + all the P2P networks out there it doesn't stand a chance, but alas, it will save rock n' roll.

Contraband did sell 2 million as a matter of fact, check the RIAA page. The Greatest Hits sold 3 million, so lets take an average of 3-5m.
