axls rant before chinese democracy in this video is so true ....i love the way he says  " that this new band can play the fuck out of these songs "....very true ...slash can suck it

Edit: Another thing. I hate the way Axl rants about Slash like that. HE is one of the main reasons there will never be a reunion. Because the fucking idiot can't let go of the past. I love him, but in that sense he's an idiot.
He neeeds to let go and move on. badmouthing Slash and Duff is just childish.

As Axl said...this was the second show he played with this new band in front of an audience. He said nothing bad about Slash here.He was only responding to critisizm and trying to lift up, and to give the current line up a much needed boost. What he said there was not only needed...but was entirely true. If anyone is living in the past it's the people who keep starting these threads and who go around bringing up Slash or Duff or whoever from the past.  :\

Never mind the fact that they have bashed the shit out of him in the mainstream press for YEARS without him saying a word. Remember the "Behind the Music" thing on VH1? It's a fucking shame that VH1 turned it into an Axl bashing session. Oh, and watch the damn video provided. Axl never even comes close to bashing Slash in that video. In fact, he never even mentions Slash.

last time i checked, EVERYONE on this forum listens to Appetite, G N' R Lies, Use Your Illusion I and II and (mabye) The Spaghetti Incident?.  

last time i checked, about 2/3 of the new band's setlist was written by the old band.
