If you look at the picture, it says "11:06:54" (just like that -- with colons, not the slashes or dashes that are usually used in dates) in the upper left corner and "ESTERO FL" in the upper right corner.

My guess is that this is the set list that was used at the Estero gig, and that 11:06:54 is the time they went on stage that night.

I concur with the mysterious numeration..it's what time they hit the stage or started their set.

As for the set list, far as I can gather these are the songs that the guys know and some songs will probably be played down the road on this tour either before or after the cd comes out.
