Axl does not like the media period.  It actually would make sense for him to select a smaller radio station, or maybe he is a fan of one of the shows on the station and this is his way of saying thanks.  Considering this tour is anything but normal when it comes to the fact no single is out no release date for albulm is out, GnR does not cave to what the show promoters want and do a rock show at 8pm.  GnR is doing it their way so to say what they will or won't do at this point one can't say.
