rang my local HMV today from work and the lady on the phone was checking for stock i also mentioned the whole far downs "band" she had no information on either a new GNR album or this so called far downs band.she did however say to check back next week after a long pause, probably a load of crap like but she said it a few times whereas before they have just always said nothing has been given to us information wise and that it doesnt seem like anything is due in the coming months.

You know what - somebody should just walk into Wal-Mart and ask this question in the electronics department... Wal-Mart controls the Universe... Ya Know... They know everything... unless the door greeters are working that department...

I rang HMV in the REPUBLIC of Ireland a few weeks ago, and asked about CD. There also was a long pause from the woman on the other end of the phone when I asked for a release date....??  She told me to check back in about a  month or so, and that they may have something then.....???

I wonder have the record stores been given a release date, but aren't allowed to say anything......?

If that is true then I think the album is really gona drop next week.  Everyone should call their local stores and ask about GNR and Far Down imminent releases.
