They could pull a Playstation3 tactic.  One guy waited for 7 days in line, got his limited release Playstation3, put it on Ebay and woke up the next morning $10,000 dollars richer.

Oh, and about the $13 mil cost, it has to be way over that amount.  They said $13 mil back in 2000 - what, Axl and Co. hasn't spent a dime in 6 years?

well the record company put in $13 million, but after that Axl had to fund it himself and we dont know how much he put into it.
