Axl Rose is Indeed The greatest singer of all time!

im not saying that he should make another Appetite for Destruction album... im saying his voice is now a mix between his 2002 bad voice and his early 90s voice...
his screams are getting better... but it was proven time and time again that they're not still as powerful as they were and actually prolly they will never be... dont forget Axl is 44 not 25 years old or something anymore...
he's in very good shape for his age.... but his voice will never be the same as when he was with the old band...
He could sing a song like perfect crime note by note and he can barely stand on a song like better or irs live  now...
his highs r really good but u can see his voice doesnt stay the same in the songs... u can see for a minute his 2002 voice coming back... specially in IRS... which wouldnt happen when he was with the old band...

But i do like the new songs, i cant wait for the new album, and i love AXL because i even think we've a lot alike and i went to see him live at hammerstein and i loved it!!

But please no more posts saying that Axl is singing better than ever... and that he's even better than in the illusion years... because thats so not true!

the ironic thing... is that to me even with half the voice he had before he's the greatest singer of all time and i mean it....

i dunno how people say its unrealistic to say he's the best comparing to guys like freddy mercury and stuff...

i think Axl's voice is much better than any of the beattles guys or freddy mercury or whoever u might wanna bring...

i dont see whats so special about freddy mercury... i mean.... he's a legend and he was a great singer.... but u cant compare him to Axl... Axl is so much better...

And its funny how people refer to some bands as legends just because they were in the spotlight first....

If u see... and comeback every band in the 80s r legends.... even fucking poison.... just because they're old bands.... what the fuck....

Of course, I agree. Everyone else might prefer Freddie Mercury or someone like that, but he was only a glorified opera singer, so meh. Axl, Steven Tyler and Mick Jagger are the 3 best rock singers I've ever heard. Bar none.

When people are saying that Axl is better than back in the days, it's their opinion, which I totally agree with those people, it has more power.. listen to KOHD from Rock Am Ring 2006..

You say that his voice wouldn't been like this if he still would be with the old band, that is BS, his lifestyle and age changed his voice..

He lost like 98% of his Mickey Mouse voice, you can judge that by comparing Maddy and The Blues from '01-'02 and this years performances.

And if you haven't noticed, the more shows they play, the better Axl's voice gets..

rock am ring was by far the best show so far....
and Nightrain! that song rocked my world... it was the best nightrain live version iv ever seen.... even better than the old band perfomances of that song....

but his voice is still not 100% as it was back in the old days...

and actually if u compare his hollywood rose days voice with the use ur illusion era... u see that even by that time his voice changed....

which proves that its the age and the lifestyle and all those factors... that changed it...

his voice was getting better...if we exclude the KROQ perfomance and The rock in rio one...(unfortunately he had a bad day in my country.. Portugal! )

i really hope the cd comes out and that he gets his voice even better!

How can you even compare Freddy Mercury to Axl Rose.

Even when Freddy was on deaths door he still sang with heart and passion and managed to hit every note. The operatic style in bohemian rhapsody is something Axl Rose could only dream of.

Axl Rose got fat and sounded like Mickey mouse for about 4 years. Only now is he starting to get his voice back. He's still a lazy fucker if you ask me. He sounded very good at the Ritz 88 but for the UYI tour his voice was shit.

it looks like the tom and jerrys musicals....
he has a good voice... but he's not that great... people made a big deal out of him... because he knew how to work with the crowd and he had stage presence....
but My god who's here to say that AXL doesnt have ring presence????!!!

But i said it and i say it out loud... AXL IS MUCH BETTER THAN FREDDY MERCURY!!
