Album should be released before this concert in my opinion.Then 70% of the show should consist of new material then only the traditional old stuff like jungle,nov rain,sco'm,paradise city,etc.

i think they should do fifty/fifty ,50% new material and 50% old material ,but defenatly not these songs again: you could be mine ,think about you ,my michelle ,rocket queen ,out ta get me and patience ..let them play dont cry ,estranged ,civil war ,pretty tide up ,get in the ring and coma instead of these songs

It depends on how long the set is.  If they play a 90 minute set, then I think that 70% of just the new album wouldn't go over well...  People who go to a Guns N' Roses concert want to hear "Welcome to the Jungle", "November Rain", "Sweet Child O' Mine", "You Could Be Mine" and "Paradise City."  Those songs right there are more or less about 35 minutes of a concert...  When you start adding in songs like "Nightrain" and "Patience" you get closer to a 45 - 50 minute mark already.

It really depends on how long they play for.  Would I personally like to hear them play a set that relied as much as 70% just on Chinese Democracy?  Fuck yeah, I would.  But, I don't think that the majority of the population going to RIR IV would feel that same way... just my thoughts.

hey - i love them to play 100% chinese democracy so we with the internet get hear the preview of the new album via download.  I want at least 1 or two new songs to hold over this wait till i go to the record store finally and get the product of many years of rumors and false hopes........one can only hear"this is a new song hopefully it will express my sentiments..." so many times before going crazy.........
