Duff Mckagan's Singing
« on: November 21, 2006, 10:40:28 AM »
Does anyone miss his singing for GNR? i think if a character like bumblefoot was to help out with singing duties on a new post C.D. song it would really bring the band so people (other than hardcore fans) think GNR not AXL & friends.

i bought bbf's c.d. Normal and hes got a good singing voice

Duff singing was fucking great back then. It's So Easy and all the other backing vocals what he did live. It sounded great always when he opened his mouth. I wish somebody would sing now too. Fortus singin on If The World or something..Cool  :D

SlashNBurn - watch the UYI live in tokyo dvds. Duff is great!

The point of my topic though was to see how you would feel about new members doing the same thing, singing at GNR shows and on forthcoming albums.

I dont think McKagan should sing for anything other than background vocals. I feel like "So Fine" on UYI II is ruined because of his singing. He does sound good on "Attitude" on TSI though.
