Go over to www.gunsnroses.com

I can't find it. It seems it was removed for some reason.
I searched thru the articles and it's not there...
Maybe I'm missing a link, but it surely doesn't look good.

That was removed ages ago, cos, aparently, Sladdi miscounted the number of Tuesdays between when it was posted and the end of the year!?   My guess is: that fucker JARMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO told Sladdi to take it down...?

EDIT: It looks like its not coming before Christmas anyway, so forget about it.

It's still there..

"As for Guns N' Roses forthcoming "Chinese Democracy" album the only comment at this time is that there are 13 Tuesdays left between now and the end of the year."

I'm startin to wonder, that, if the release date target of this year isn't met by Axl, will the record label sue his ass off.....?

Could happen....?  And Axl would have nobody to blame, but himself!

I get the impression everyone tip-toes around Axl, afraid to upset him in case it stalls the release even further!

They need it released to recoup the recording expense.

Besides I doubt they'd have a case.. Universal's official stance is they no nothing about a release.. Maybe that's to protect them from law suits incase Axl fails to submit it for release!

We just have to be patient..  :\

Regarding the piece I have put in bold type - Universal's UN-official stance is that they know bloody everything about the release date.  In my opinon, they should threaten Axl with the drop unless CD is released....?  And how would they get lawsuits against them...? It'll be Axl's fault if it isn't released, not theirs..... :\

what does Sladdi have to do with this?  I'm fairly certain it's not his fault Guns N' Roses put out an official press release with false information on it

Hmmm?!

I think Axl is stalling because he wants to ensure that him and his band can prove to the record company that they are worthy of still being signed.

Behind closed doors the record company will seriously be thinking of creating a contract where they make a lot of future profits while not having to keep him signed; they have probably had enough of Axl's prima donna mentality and I cant really blame them. Look at it from the record companies perspective; they will want all of the profit while not having to deal with Axl.

I think Axl is trying to protect the future of gnr by getting as much support behind him thus making it more difficult for the label to drop him, it will improve record sales, increase the fan base and make it more liely for him to be resigned to another label if they do get dropped.

With that competition in mind it will make gnr hot property again.

If Universal drop GnR, I think that would be the end for them....?  What's the point in signing a band that takes 13 years(or however long it was) to record a bloody album...?

I think Axl should retire the name Guns N'Roses if that happens.....?
