Dude, Slash didn't copy the God Father theme, he made his own solo based on it.
kinda like ron made his own version of dont cry based on it, dude your retarded if you knock bumblefoot, he was hired in fuckin may, and hes put his own tint on several things, plus you havent even heard the album.

Also check out how chinese democracy sounds now, just wait until the album comes out before you start to knock ron.  And btw, he has played his own material in front of people before, you know, before he joined gnr.

I dont know how people can knock  a musician as brilliant, talented and overall geniune person like ron, your just a hater, plain and simple. Bashing a guitar teacher for living his dream playing some of the coolest shit ever written in front of people that love him.

I think im gonna puke.

and, dude, you coulda auditioned for the band like anyone else did this past spring, and you could be up there playing your own shit, and tell me if you got the job you wouldnt be happy up there playing slashes stuff, word around here is your a sick  guitar player so are you maybe jealous of ron because you think you should be up there?

You should be dissin  these fag guitar players who drop d and slam power chords for an hour, not amazing talents like ron who just happened to be put in a great postiion through years and years or had work.

Sure, I'd love if it if i were in Guns N' Roses, but i wouldn't play other people's stuff in opportunities where i could play my own. I do credit Bumblefoot as a Good guitarist, which is why it evermore pisses me off when he goes up there and plays Van Halen and people are saying how awesome it is.

I think I get your point now, are you pissed because people are just now gushing over bbf when they shouldve of realized it way before he played the smoke and mirrors song known as eruption, cause I could totally understand that. Cuz I also get a little touchy when people say how amazing eruption is ,its a great song and tapping was very innovative, but Id say 1 of every 5 good guitarists can play or at least fake their way through it, and it annoys me when non guitarists try and say how amazing and impossible it is.

Do we actually know he can play what the fuck he wants??? I'm not an expert on the subject so if I'm wrong tell me...I'm sure it's easier to win over a mainstream crowd playin sometin mainstream instead of sometin your own, and at the moment the newGNR guitarrists need to be recognised by the mainstream in the same way (sorry, SIMILAR) as Slash was. Mainstream fans is what GNR need after all the shit bout the new album.
BTW, I think it's a lot better for the NewGNR guitarrists to play rearranged solos than virtuoso BS, it gets so boring sometimes...
