Is it just me or is every thread in the main GnR section turning into people calling each other "cockfaced douchecunts" and "clown molesting shit eaters" lately? We need to step up the moderation in this place and tighten up the rules a bit. You can't have a civilized discussion without peoples polarizing opinions leading to juvenile flame wars.

Of all the forums I've ever posted on this one is definitely the most relaxed, almost too much so. If we just got some moderators to cut back on the spamming and flaming a bit more actively it would be better for all concerned. I'm not talking HTGTH gestapo moderation, just a bit more order.

at the end of the day, its a 50 word piece of text written by some person miles n miles away. You shouldnt take it so serious.

secondly, most of the time, discussion is civilised anyway, its only a minority, so....

It doesn't hurt my feelings or anything, of course not. It just makes it difficult to have a proper discussion about something without the usual flame wars. I guess that's just part of the GnR community though, it's always been like that.

It's a two way street. It's hard to deal with some of the idiots on here, but I love how much cock our moderators don't suck. Sometimes we could use a little more monitoring but generally it's pretty good. Just ignore them or leave a little "Fuck You" then go have a steak.

however Ive been reading a lot of neitzche recently, he did the most BRILLIANT description of political systems and how they come about... which I know word for word (in English translation) but I cant be bothered posting it here
