What do you love about Guns N Roses

Tell why you love GNR as much as you do  :D



For me, its you never get the same sound out of to albums (save UYI 1+2, but thats different) and therefore you dont get tired of them.

axl - my icon , hes just an amazing performer, and ive learned alot from watching him and he got me singing and made me determined to go into a band, just ashame i cant meet the guy

I love everything about Gn'R. The old band and the new band. I love how they experiment with new sounds and how they're not ashamed to use piano/keyboards unlike a lot of other bands that just wanna rock out and play nothing but guitars. Ultimately, what I love most about Gn'R is Axl! Just the fact that he' still around kicking ass and he's so intelligent and articulate when he speaks. Everything he says is so interesting. That's all that really matters to me. Axl.

The brilliance of GN'R shows in every song they've ever written.. Their lyrics are beautiful and powerful, and Axl's voice makes songs.. He also has a broad scope if experimentation, I mean, it's thanks to him that we have Buckethead and Bumblefoot and the gang getting (not much, but some) mainstream media coverage.. Without Axl, I'd never have heard of them..

Axl is the be all and end all when it comes to music, for me...

theres never been a band that have hit me as hard as Guns did. simple


actually now that i think about it I like Guns, because i could never be like them. Their life was comopletely different from mine. opposites attract :unibrow:

1.You never knew what you were gonna hear. Not like say a band like Motorhead, where each song has the same mood.  GNR's songs range from every sort and there truly musical genuises.

2.There still around, and with kick ass songs.

3.Slash was the guitarist.

4.Axl rose is lead vocals.

5.and finally....they just dont give a fuck.

GNR changed my life. They introduced me to Hard Fucking Rock, they opened my eyes to a nasty world, but yet very atractive.  I was 12 at that time now Im 32, I still listen GNR every fucking day of my life, I never get tired. That happens with other bands, but not with GNR. And now I listen everyday TWAT, Catcher in the RyE, IRS, BEtter, Madagascar, and they hit me so deep.

Thats why I loved them
Thats why I will love GNR for the rest of my life.
