it has inspired me for many times, especially the end part of the song, reall talented, impressed. sometimes I think Fortus should play more lead, what do you think of Fortus' solo?

I like his playing alot since I saw him in Lisboa. Underrated ... He made the solo-duett with Finck.

For me Fortus is the best guitarist in gnr. I like his bluesy style.

I see what gnr are trying to do: Ron is the fast note playing guitarist, Fortus plays the blues really well and Finck does....... erm...... ok Finck does......nope still not coming to me.

What does Finck do again? Someone remind me please.

Finck is the creative force i believe. Very soulful and unique!

His writing skills seem very good so far, and he is also more bluesy than people give him credit for - look at his Inland Invasion solo as an example, or his IRS solo.

Plus, he is the coolest, mysterious guitarist with huge stage prescence!

CD will be littered with Finck riffs etc...

Ok fair enough,

but his solo's are awful. The inland invasion one was an exception but every other solo it just looks like he gets really pissed off with playing loads of wrong notes and just gives up.

He does have a great presence, you are right.

again, i beg to differ!

Ive listenend to a few of his "between song" solo's, and they are really good, maybe some times the quality of recording lets it down, or maybe just doesnt sound as good live coz u cant reply it and listen again.

There was another one posted, it has Dizzy playing keys in the background i think. if i can find it i'll post, or if someone else does that would be helpful.

Slash's style was bluesy, too. I'm surprised more fans aren't huge Fortus supporters.
