^^^With a bit of Photoshop experience, its pretty simple to make it actually.
Just a bit of basic cutting out, outer glows and clipping masks.

Yes it's the regular cd cover, but it has chinese symbols below 'guns n roses'

Never seen that before and it doesn't look photoshopped to me
