This is really nothing at all, but when I imported this into iTunes, it said that the track was 1 out of 11. Now if this was infact ripped from a final copy of Chinese Democracy (which would be improbable, seeing as it has apparently not been finished mixing yet), then that would mean that this is the opening song, and CD would have 11 tracks, and not the 13 which we have believed. But because ID3 tags can be easily edited, this is nothing major.
