I'm sure the album has been completed more than once. When Sebastian Bach and  them say they heard "Chi D", and when Axl plays it at a club, it's a version of it.

maybe he's been wearing depends and not changing them until the release of Chinese Democracy. Hence it'll be the waste in the diaper he leaks, not the cd
