I've been hypnotised before and it was quite funny. Very relaxing.

certain people are more susceptible to being hypnotized than others

tried being hypnotized last year, but it didnt really work, you have to be willing to let yourself go entitrely

Also, was one of the subjects of my first year psychology, so i know how it works  ;)

I meditate at least twice a week. Never been hypnotised though, however I did go through a faze of wanting to learn how to do it.

my mom is a hypnotherapist
and i was askin her about hypnosis and she told me that if u like ever walked sumwhere and completely spaced out to the rhythm of the walking
got where ur going and been like unable to rememebr ay of the journey u have been under a mild hypnotic trance

Well I don't know about meditation or hypnotism but that past life regression stuff is bullshit. Conceptually it makes no logical sense.

It's not like I completely space out, but when you're so used to driving to one place you don't really think about where you're going, it's just automatic.
