Stranger Than Finction with Will Farrell (USA and maybe UK) is very good.
Idicocracy is funny.
Donnie Darko is the best movie ever made.
Babel is very good to as well.

Yeah I always found Donnie Darko to be a bit over-rated.

There are so many great films to see but such little time.

ilovefilms.com looks like a great idea because you go to their website and order films and then they mail them to you with the return postage. They have loads of arty, world, blockbuster films to choose from. Puts my little dvd hire place to shame (although they do sell Ben n Jerry's Phish food ice cream which is their saving grace).

The last two good movies I've seen are "Cinderella man" and "Stranger than fiction". The two movies I'm looking forward to are Spiderman 3 (loved 2 / 1 was shakey) and Shrek 3. Must be the spring of the thirds. And of course I'm looking forward to Indy 4, but I think thats coming out sometime in '08.

It's basically about causality (actions have consequences - what a revelation) anyone who tries to read a deeper meaning into it is giving it far too much credit, it's a crap movie.

I saw Borat last night and I nearly pissed myself in the scene when he has a naked fight with his friend and chases him through the hotel with a dildo.

Why am I not at all surprised by the unfriendliness of most of the people he interviewed.

Tenacious D, the pick of destiny. Even though the D isn't always as funny as they think they are, they are very funny, skilled musicians and songwriters, and genuine fans of classic rock. Not a great movie, but much better than it will ever be given credit for.

I'm not a fan of Adam Sandler. Little Nicky, Waterboy, Big Daddy and that one where he is a golfer/icehockey player just aren't funny films.

Will Ferrell, Owen Brothers, Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn make some fuuuuuunny films! I nearly wet myself during Old School, especially the bit with the breeze block initiation or when Ferrell gets a tranquilizer dart in his neck.

Everyone who has seen blades of glory says it is hilarious.

I also think Jim Carrey is really talented. He can do the goofball stuff (me, myself and Irene is hilarious) and also some more serious stuff like Eternal Sunshine and Trueman Show.
