I practically lived on that movie for about 3 years (it actually came out in 2002 I believe, or at least I definitely had it on dvd in late 2003)

Find another Brazilian film called Central Station next and watch it, it's almost equally awesome

Last film I watched was 28 Days Later, which rocked it pretty hard

city of god rocks - seu jorge (the bus driver guy who becomes to leader) does a great bowie cover album.


anyway, last film i saw was atonement. wasnt bad, kiera knightley wasn't in it that much which was a godsend, and mcavoy was better than good, but not great. the ending was awful. more painful that titanic. 4/10

i also saw the prestige recently. outside the ropey accents and confused plot towards the end it was pretty enjoyable. i'd give it a 6 out of 10 but simply becuase bowie put in a good effort as Tesla i'll bump that up to a 7.

Disturbia! It's really good the girl is hot, shia le bouf is a cool actor the movie actually surprised me i thought it wouldn't be any good. The plot is abit been done before it's essentially 'The Burbs' with teens but still worth watching.

I was really let down by it the last half hour however is phenomenal!! I met Tarantino himself recently at a signing in Glasgow. A pretty cool guy he was too!!  :)  :rockon:
On the subject of Tarantino my all time favourite movie is probably still 'Reservoir Dogs' I even got him to sign the DVD!!
