Hey guys, can someone tell me in what exact part of the song the live band turns to the studio one?

actually, the whole thing is from the studio, and its all the new band, the only thing with the old band is the intro guitar part and crowd, but the whole studio version is playing over that, then the rest of the song there is reverb on everything until the solo when the reverb is gone. You can tell this by the way the bass sounds at the beginning, its TOTALLY not duff's bass sound ever, and axl's voice sounds NOTHING like it did from 86-93 with the old band, and it sound exactly like irs 99 and twat 99, way more raspy,
so the whole thing is the 99 version cept the very beginning

Can someone do a re-up for this?

I somehow lost it from my GNR stash.

There's already been a discussion about this. I think Axl's voice was taken from the Live Era version and fiddled around a little bit on computers. Yes, it sounds a bit different, but if you listen to it very carefully, it's the same performance really. The intonation, breath pauses etc., all the same. Except for the "where do we go" part, that's obviously from the studio.
My 2 cents. Listen to it carefully and you'll see what I mean...

I can't listen to it if I don't have it.  :D

I believe the entire SCOM track for Big Daddy, and Live Era are the same "new" studio recordings with the crowd piped in, because there is a version of SCOM that sounds exactally like those with no crwod noise at all, its a studio recording with Axl's vocals louder than usual. But it is definately the same vocal track, as Live Era, supposedly recorded in early 1999 or late 1998. I beleive the Live era cover says its recorded in Paris in 1989 or something like that, but it's obviously not. It defianelty does not sound like Axl in the late 80's or early 90's, that much is obvious, although the version without the crowd noise sounds pretty cool.
